Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nearly everything sold by INDAL KP through www.indalkp.com is digital and is delivered electronically. This policy explains how and when you receive what you have bought.

1. Digital products — how delivery works

Delivery charge for digital items: ₹0. There is none.

2. If your download does not arrive

Digital delivery is automatic, but email occasionally gets in the way. If nothing has arrived within one hour:

Check your spam, promotions and updates folders.
Confirm the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly.
Sign in to your account on www.indalkp.com — purchases are always available there.
Still nothing? Email indalkp@gmail.com with your order number. We re-send manually within 24 working hours.

3. Download limits and access period

Download links stay active for 30 days from purchase and allow up to 5 downloads, which is enough to cover a device change or a failed transfer.
Membership and course content remains available for as long as your plan is active.
Please save your files somewhere safe once downloaded. If a link expires and you still need the file, email us — we will re-issue it free of charge for up to 12 months from purchase.

4. Custom and commissioned work

Bespoke work is delivered digitally, by email or a private download link, in the file formats agreed in the quotation.

Delivery dates are those agreed in writing in the quotation or brief.
Final files are released after full and final payment has cleared.
Large files are supplied through a secure download link that stays live for 30 days.
Where a delivery date slips because of late feedback, late payment or a change to the brief, the date moves accordingly and we will confirm the new date in writing.

5. Physical items

We do not routinely stock or ship physical goods. Where a physical item (for example a print or a piece of merchandise) is offered as a one-off, the following applies:

Where we ship: across India.
Dispatch: within 3–5 working days of order confirmation.
Delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on location. Remote and North-Eastern pin codes may take longer.
Shipping charges: shown at checkout before you pay, calculated by weight and destination.
Tracking: a tracking number is emailed on dispatch.
Address accuracy: please check your address carefully. We are not responsible for items delivered to an address supplied incorrectly; a re-dispatch will be charged again.
Damage in transit: photograph the package and contents and tell us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace or refund the item.
We do not currently ship internationally.

6. Delays outside our control

Delivery may be delayed by internet or hosting outages, payment-gateway verification, courier disruption, weather, or public holidays. Where a delay is likely to be significant, we will email you with a revised timeline. Digital deliveries delayed for more than 7 days are fully refundable at your request.

7. Currency and taxes

All prices and any delivery charges are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) at checkout. INDAL KP is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
