How to Fix Your AI-Generated Portrait in Photoshop: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Import Your Image into Photoshop

First things first, open Photoshop and load your AI-generated image. Just drag and drop it or go to File > Open and select your image.

Step 2: Check Your Resolution and DPI

Before we start editing, let’s make sure your image quality is good enough for final export.

Go to Image > Image Size.
Make sure the Resolution (DPI) is set to at least 300 DPI.
The dimensions (Resolution) should be above 1000 pixels on both width and height.

Why does this matter? Because a low-resolution image will look blurry or pixelated after editing. So double-check this step!

Step 3: Open the Liquify Tool

Now the fun begins! Head over to Filter > Liquify. This tool is a game-changer for fixing facial features.

In the Liquify panel, you’ll see several options on the right side to adjust:

Eyes: Make them bigger, smaller, or tilt them slightly.
Nose: Adjust width, height, or symmetry.
